How Keepvale Works
Every Keepvale service begins with a conversation — a chance to understand what a family is hoping to work on and which service fits best. From there, the process is structured but unhurried: clear steps, good materials, and a facilitator who pays attention.
Each service ends with something tangible. Not a plan or a promise, but an actual outcome — an organized collection, a working system, or a set of written pieces ready to share. The materials provided during the service are designed to last and remain useful long afterward.
Sessions take place at the Keepvale space on Ratchadamnoen Road, Chiang Mai. In some cases, remote sessions can be arranged. All three services are offered in English, with selected sessions available in Thai.

Service 1
Family Memory Keeping Course
A gentle self-guided course that takes families through the process of gathering, sorting, and preserving photos, stories, and personal records. Templates are included throughout, and a selection of simple keepsake formats are introduced as the course progresses.
This course works well for families who want to make a start on their own, with a clear structure to follow and the option to return to a facilitator for questions. It's a heritage and education activity — accessible to anyone, regardless of previous experience with archiving or family history work.

Service 2
Important Records Organization

The service includes a reusable template for the filing system and a maintenance checklist so families can update their records as new documents arrive. The goal is a system that's easy to navigate — for the person who set it up and for anyone else who might need to find something.

Words to Keep Workshop

This is a heritage and writing activity, not a formal document preparation service. The workshop is suited to anyone who has wanted to write something meaningful for their family but hasn't quite known how to begin. A printed workbook and all materials are included.
