Keepvale offers three Services focused on heritage education and personal organisation:
Family Memory Keeping Course
A guided course helping individuals gather, arrange, and preserve family photos, stories, and records. Includes templates and keepsake ideas. This is an educational and heritage activity.
Important Records Organisation
Practical support in arranging key personal documents into a labelled, reusable system. Includes a maintenance checklist. This is an organisational support service.
Words to Keep Workshop
A multi-session workshop supporting people in writing personal letters and recording memories for their families. Includes guided prompts and materials. This is a heritage and writing activity, not a formal document service.
Services are available primarily in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Availability may vary by period. We reserve the right to adjust or reschedule Sessions with reasonable notice.
4. Enrollment & Booking
- Enquiries: You may submit an enquiry through our website contact form. Submitting a form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
- Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only once we have confirmed it to you in writing (by email) and the relevant fee has been received.
- Accuracy: Please ensure the details you provide during booking are accurate. We rely on your information to prepare appropriately for your Service.
- Capacity: Some Sessions have limited places. We allocate spaces in the order bookings are confirmed.
- Rescheduling by us: If we need to change a Session date, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our website or participating in our Services, you agree to:
- Treat facilitators and fellow participants with respect and consideration.
- Provide accurate and honest information when submitting forms or booking Services.
- Arrive or connect on time for scheduled Sessions.
- Keep the personal stories and information shared by other participants confidential.
- Not record, photograph, or distribute Session materials without written consent from Keepvale.
- Not use our website or Services for any unlawful purpose.
- Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of our website.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our Services — including course materials, workshop guides, templates, written prompts, photographs, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to Keepvale.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use materials provided as part of your enrolled Service, for your own private, non-commercial family use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Keepvale materials beyond this personal use without our prior written permission. Your own family memories, photographs, and personal writings remain entirely yours.
7. Payment Terms
Pricing
Prices are displayed on our website in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Current pricing: Family Memory Keeping Course ฿3,400 · Important Records Organisation ฿12,000 · Words to Keep Workshop ฿23,500.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is typically required to secure a place.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the Service start: full refund.
- Cancellation 7–14 days before the Service start: 50% refund.
- Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the Service start: no refund, though you may transfer your place to another person with our agreement.
Late Payments
If a confirmed booking fee remains unpaid by the due date, we reserve the right to release the reserved place.
8. Service-Specific Terms
Family Memory Keeping Course
- Materials provided are for personal and family use only.
- Completion of the course does not lead to a formal qualification or certificate of professional competency.
- We may provide simple completion notes upon request, for personal reference only.
Important Records Organisation
- This Service provides organisational support and templates only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional document management advice.
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all documents arranged.
- Keepvale is not liable for the contents, validity, or legal standing of any documents handled during this Service.
Words to Keep Workshop
- This is a creative writing and heritage activity and does not produce legally binding documents of any kind.
- Sessions involve guided reflection; participation is voluntary, and you may skip any prompt you find uncomfortable.
- Written materials created during the Workshop remain the personal property of the participant.
9. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided in good faith and on an "as is" basis. While we take care in everything we offer, we make no representation that:
- Our website will be available without interruption or free of technical errors.
- Participation in our Services will produce any specific personal, emotional, or organisational outcome.
- Materials provided are suitable as replacements for legal, financial, or professional advice.
Nothing in our Services constitutes legal advice, estate planning advice, psychological support, or any other form of regulated professional service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Keepvale's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific Service.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress resulting from participation in our Services or use of our website.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Keepvale and its staff harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Services, or your infringement of any third party's rights through your actions in connection with a Keepvale Service.
12. Termination
By you: You may withdraw from a booked Service at any time, subject to the refund terms in Section 7.
By us: We may end your participation in a Service if you breach these Terms, behave in a way that disrupts others, or engage in any conduct that we reasonably consider inappropriate. In such cases, refunds will be considered at our discretion.
Survival: Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 13 (Dispute Resolution) survive the end of this Agreement.
13. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Informal Resolution: We would always prefer to resolve any concern quietly and directly. If you have a concern, please write to us first at [email protected]. We will do our best to respond within five working days.
Consumer Rights: These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you hold under Thai consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979).
14. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Keepvale in relation to the subject matter covered.
Severability: If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
Waiver: Our failure to exercise a right under these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor business.
Notices: Formal notices to Keepvale should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered address.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or how we work. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
